Short version: we use what you give us to arrange your consultation and quote, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect
When you fill in a form, call, text or email us, we collect what you send: your name, phone number, email address, city or neighbourhood, what you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box. If you book a consultation we also record your address and details about your windows so we can quote and install the work.
How we use it
To reply to you, arrange and carry out consultations, measures and installations, prepare quotes and invoices, and provide service on products we have installed. If you have asked about a product we may follow up about it. We do not send newsletters unless you ask for them, and we do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Who sees it
Only the people who need it to do the work: us, the manufacturer or workroom making your order (they receive measurements and product details, not your contact information unless delivery requires it), and the services we use to run the business, such as our form provider, email and invoicing software. Each is bound to protect your information.
Advertising and analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar tools from Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to understand how visitors find us and to measure whether our advertising works. These tools can collect your IP address, device information and the pages you visit, and may show you our ads on other sites. You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings and the opt-out tools Google and Meta provide.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to two years so we can follow up if you come back to us. Customer records for completed work are kept for as long as we may need to service or warranty the products, and as required by Canadian tax law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing or calling us. We will respond within 30 days. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
